Waveski Surf
This sport was born in the Sixties, when Australians lifeguards
used their open kayaks to surf waves in the intervals between
surfing championships. Its extreme characteristics and visual
impact have soon generated interest in the public in general.
Nowadays, Waveski Surfing is performed in all continents,
in more than 20 countries, and has Australia, South Africa,
France, England, New Zeland and, more recently, Brazil as
its exponents.
